Football for well-being project

Football for well-being is part of Lewes Football Foundation's commitment to promoting mental health and well-being through the power of football. By creating a supportive and inclusive environment, the project enables individuals—particularly those facing mental health challenges—to experience the physical, social, and emotional benefits of football.
